Unopened fragrance products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original packaging.

Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, or settled when cash-on-delivery applies.
